At Black Mountain Bicycles, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with every ride. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all tags. Please note that bicycles and custom builds may be subject to a restocking fee.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our service team via email or visit our retail location with your original receipt or order number to start the return process.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit. For mail-in returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery to our shop.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
